HS4ME is dedicated to helping you become better educated about mental health and well-being, and to inspire you with strategies to hold space for yourself every single day.

Working in the business events industry, we know that the career can be incredibly rewarding, full of moments and experiences that make it all worthwhile. 

But with all the upsides come the downsides - like compromised work-life balance, constant stress, and overwhelming workloads. Post-COVID, the challenges have only been compounded with limited resources and broken supply chains.

It can be easy to get swept up in the demands of our work and to forget about our own physical and emotional well-being. We want to remind you that taking care of yourself is crucial, especially in a high-stakes environment like ours. Constant stress, lack of sleep, and poor lifestyle choices can all take a toll on our health and lead to burnout.

That's why we're excited to launch 'Hold Space For Me,' a wellbeing support community for business events professionals founded by a 30-year veteran of the industry, Nicole White.
